Background

Zurich FutureYou is a new approach to financial wellbeing. One that doesn’t start with products or complex financial planning tools but through engaging customers with relevant content, videos, topics and jargon free information. Their purpose is to help people plan for their future and engage with their financial wellbeing.

What we did

Zurich approached us to develop the ‘big creative idea’ to launch the offering to existing corporate clients and direct to consumers – a first for the company.

The target market audience are intelligent decision makers – busy, savvy people who work well as tag teams, sharing responsibility to make the right financial decisions. For these people, financial security is viewed as a means to an end – it allows them to achieve their ambitions as part of a strong family unit.

We developed a strong communication platform ‘Kicking Life’s Goals’ that resonated with aspirational life goals of the various audiences and underpinned all the campaign creative.

The campaign

The audiences were defined by life stages – from people planning on tying the knot to empty nesters, allowing us to deliver relevant messaging that resonated with each group.

We collaborated closely with media partners to deliver a highly targeted campaign. Using programmatic display, DAX, social advertising and visual content, we take the audience on a journey from initial demand generation messaging through to brand response activity.

Our very first direct to consumer advertising campaign – this major milestone has been achieved through a combination of creativity, expertise, sheer bloody minded persistence and genuine collaboration from staff and our wonderful agency.
