We started the process by posing lots of questions to key stakeholders. Brand workshops gave us an in-depth understanding of Venture’s personality and values, their tone of voice and positioning while empathy mapping sessions helped us get into the heads of their audience. The distilled information shaped the user journey as well as the look and feel of the new website. We refined the proposition, bringing together commercial and small business insurance onto one platform for a more holistic approach.
