Learn, network, advise, give back

To expand engagement beyond IT management, the Nutanix global marketing team devised CXO Focus – a high-level programme of exclusive content and events for C-suite executives.

The programme consists of four strands, each designed to tackle an issue close to the hearts of C-level leaders.

We want to elevate the role of IT in business – from functional to transformational. So we need to build relationships with people who shape the future of business: C-Level execs. CXO Focus lets us do this, on a platform which shows Nutanix as thought leaders, rather than simply promoting our products and services.

Engaging the audience

We set about creating a consistent aesthetic to be used for on-and off-line marketing communications across all touch points. For a cutting-edge look and feel, we opted for sharp, angular shapes and a contrasting black and white aesthetic which worked well with the Nutanix branding.

We also paired the clean, minimalist visual style with clear and direct messaging. A time-poor CXO asking ‘what is this, and why should I care?’ should never have to search for an answer.

With deadlines met and the CXO Focus campaign underway, Nutanix has seen engagement among C-level executives soar across all four of its programs.

With new events scheduled well into 2020, the future is looking bright for CXO Focus and for us, it’s been a delight to bring this hugely rewarding project to life.
