Existing client development
Responsible for managing and building your own portfolio of existing clients, the AM will understand your clients’ businesses inside and out, sharing any insights with the rest of the team and using that knowledge to write clear briefs.
Accountable for the commercial success of your client portfolio, you will ensure that all work is estimated and managed efficiently from start to finish to deliver profitable projects.
You will consider your longer-term career path – where you want to get to – and identify opportunities to develop your own skills and the skills of others, making recommendations for growth.
New business development
Although not directly responsible for achieving new business targets, the AM’s contribution to new business development is crucial.
You will make a key contribution to the agency’s culture, imparting positivity and energy into everything you do both internally and externally to bring the agency’s proposition to life.
Graduate with 2+years’ relevant (agency) experience in project/account management capacity.
Reports to the Client Services Director.
Good team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate
Thrives in a cross-functional, multi-discipline environment.
Has proven experience of successful management and delivery of projects, including the ability to effectively prioritise work based on the wider strategic objectives of the agency.
Is able to translate client requirements into comprehensive briefs and then assess the deliverables against that brief, including business objectives.
Can effectively lead and manage internal and client meetings, including agenda setting, note capturing and the timely distribution of actions.
Is a creative and hands-on problem-solver and will always try to find solutions to any challenges that arise in the day to day.
Is competent in budget management, forecasting and invoicing.
Can provide proposal and presentation development support in a collaborative way.
Is perceptive and understands the breadth of client personalities and how to most effectively service each client.
Has the confidence to manage junior client stakeholders and build great relationships.
Has the ability to manage upwards and is not afraid to ask for help when challenges arise.
