The RAR seal of approval

Yesss, we’ve done it again! The RAR (Recommended Agency Register) has given us the seal of approval for another year. One of the greatest accolades in the agency world, the RAR uniquely measures the level of customer satisfaction by asking clients to rate their agency against several key criteria, including: client service, creativity/innovation, effectiveness, strategic thinking, value for money, on time and on budget. They also gather details relating to key clients, resources, key staff, sector experience, case histories and company finances.
