Splish, Splash, CGI and baths – our work with Impey at KBB Birmingham

KBB Birmingham is Europe’s leading kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design show. Our client, Impey, the UK’s market leading wetroom manufacturer wanted to stand out from the rest of the exhibitors at the show, which is why they came to us for strategic creative direction. Alongside Impey, Sealskin Duka, part of the same Coram Group, was also represented at KBB.

As part of the ongoing initiative to move into a more retail and consumer-led space, we repositioned Impey’s marketing communications from the technical nuts and bolts of their products and solutions to an aesthetically led vision of aspirational living.

Account Director, Wei and Creative Director, Tom worked closely with the Impey team to create the overarching concept of DISCOVER. EXPLORE. IMMERSE. This nicely encapsulated the experience that Impey and Sealskin wanted to conjure up in each of their private suites where visitors can experience the ultimate shower spaces first-hand via Virtual Reality and beautiful shower enclosure displays.

We also worked closely with Bristol-based architectural visualisation company, Ocean CGI, to create a selection of desirable bathroom spaces that showcased Impey’s innovative wetroom solutions in context. These were featured in a brochure and on-site lightboxes, as well as social media assets to build excitement in the run up to the event.
