CDI AndersElite – Greater recognition for multi-national staffing business

  • Empower consultants to produce their own branded sales materials
  • Maximise brand consistency and increase perceptions of quality
  • Boost brand awareness and recognition within a competitive marketplace


What we did:
Following a complete overhaul of the company’s sales collateral, CDI AndersElite tasked us with implementing our brand management software, Flex, across their business.

With an online library of pre-approved branded templates, Flex now empowers hundreds of CDI consultants to produce high quality materials, such as candidate CVs and presentations, that can be easily edited, personalised and downloaded for distribution.

We worked closely with the consultants at CDI to ensure Flex was embraced internally, and integrated the system with LinkedIn profiles and Google Maps to further enhance the user experience.

The introduction of Flex enabled the company to meet its marketing objectives of greater brand awareness and recognition through consistent, visually engaging collateral. For the sales team the system means a far more time- and cost-efficient way of engaging with clients and candidates.

Flex has made a huge impact on our brand recognition with clients and prospects. Creating branded marketing collateral promptly has been invaluable to us, promoting our quality commitment and exceeding clients’ expectations.
