The land and new homes business is a lucrative but competitive industry. With over 12 years’ experience at estate agency Romans, Thomas Mae’s founder and managing director had a wealth of insider knowledge, but was aware that a strong brand would help get his new consultancy business get off to a flying start.
It was important for Thomas Mae to be seen as contemporary, yet established, and to fully convey the breadth of services on offer.
We defined fonts and colour palettes, and created a logo mark alongside a bespoke icon set representing the five key service offerings. This was then applied to stationery, company brochures, sales tools and marketing materials.
We subsequently worked on the design and build of a brand new responsive website for Thomas Mae, which has helped reinforce their high-end brand perception and cement their position in the marketplace.
Weekly analytics reports detailing visitor numbers and trends are emailed directly to the client, allowing them to check how the site is performing.
