Out with the old, in with the new

Following on from our recent success in securing contracts to provide both off and online design and marketing solutions to award winning housing association Radian, we've just completed the editing, design, print and fulfilment of the new-look residents quarterly magazine.

Part of our remit is to gain a greater understanding of the readership, ensuring the new style provides a greater end user experience, whilst at the same time helping to reduce the housing associations’  financial overheads and carbon footprint - we love a challenge!

To this end, and after consultation and presentations made to various regional management groups within organisation, we proposed a tabloid format using uncoated and lighter weight FSC* paper that has provided a 25% increase print area without any increase in paper usage (in metric tonnes), and at 15% less costs than previous editions.

This new style edition has been recently printed and distributed to Radians 15,500 resident households and has been met with a resounding voice of approval.
